It’s no longer possible to apply to borrow money with Wizzcash.
If you’re searching for a suitable loan, you might want to consider Little Loans instead.

Are there any alternatives to Wizzcash loans?

If you’re looking for a Wizzcash loan alternative, Little Loans could help.
Little Loans is a credit broker, and we work with a large panel of trusted and responsible lenders. The lenders on our panel offer short-term, personal loans from £100 to £10,000. Depending on the amount you apply to borrow, you could repay your loan between 3 and 60 months.

Why choose Little Loans?

  • Little Loans, and all the lenders we work with, are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • We don’t charge any fees for our service.
  • No-obligation quotes.
  • Check your eligibility before you apply, with no impact to your credit score.*
  • All credit scores welcome to search for a loan.

*If you’re matched with a lender and choose to go ahead with the loan, you will be required to undergo a hard credit search. Hard searches can remain on your credit file for up to 12 months, and too many hard searches within a short period of time could harm your credit score.

Who was Wizzcash?

Wizzcash was a direct lender offering short-term loans between £300 and £1,000. Loans of all amounts were to be repaid over a set term of 3 months.

Is Wizzcash still lending?

Unfortunately, Wizzcash is no longer trading or able to accept loan applications from new or previous customers.
As of June 2024, their website states the following:

“We apologise for any inconvenience and assure you it was not an easy decision to stop providing our services as we have enjoyed helping customers for many years on Wizzcash.com […] We want to thank all customers, partners and the Wizzcash.com team for the loyalty they have shown us over the years.”

What happens if I have an outstanding Wizzcash Loan?

According to the Wizzcash website, customers with existing loans are expected to continue making their repayments in line with existing terms and conditions.

I had a loan with Wizzcash in the past and need money again. What are my options?

Searching for a loan can be time consuming and confusing. Why not let Little Loans do the work for you? We can scan our panel of over 30 lenders to help find a suitable loan for you. All you need to do is complete our straightforward online form and we’ll do the rest.

Who can use Little Loans?

You can use Little Loans to search for a loan if you:

  • Are over the age of 18;
  • Are a UK resident;
  • Have a UK bank account and valid debit card; and
  • Have a regular source of income paid directly into your bank account.

Can I apply for a loan with bad credit?

Little Loans welcomes people with all credit scores to search for a loan.
Some of the lenders on our panel specialise in loans for those with poor credit.
If you’re worried about your chances of approval, you can check your eligibility before you apply with no impact to your credit score.
Please be aware that if you are matched with a loan and choose to make a full application directly with the lender, they will carry out a hard search as part of the application process. A hard search could remain on your credit file for up to 12 months.

How does the Little Loans process work?

  1. Select the amount of money you need and choose how long you’d like to borrow it for. Our online form will ask you for basic details, such as your address history and employment status, and should take no longer than five minutes to complete.
  2. We’ll run a soft search on your credit file and scan our panel of lenders for a suitable loan, based on the information you’ve provided.
  3. If we find you a match, you will be redirected to the lender’s website, where you can find out more about the loan. You’re under no obligation to go ahead, but if you do wish to, you will be asked to provide some further information to enable the lender to carry out a hard search.
  4. If the lender is satisfied with the outcome of their additional checks, you’ll be sent a loan agreement.
  5. Read through the terms and conditions and make sure you’re happy with everything before deciding whether to sign and return.

If I’m approved for a loan, how quickly will I receive the money?

Some of the lenders on our panel could send your money the same day your application is approved; however, every lender will have their own payout timeframe.
You should also bear in mind that the time it takes for the money to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s policies and procedures.

I’m struggling to keep up with my loan repayments. What are my options?

You should contact your lender as soon as you feel you might struggle to make an upcoming repayment. They will appreciate the fact that you’ve been honest and have got in touch and will go through any options that could be available to you.
